What we offer
We offer one to one Advisor appointments, outreach support, community events and group training sessions to organsations and community groups.
Our service aims to enable individuals to recognise the importance of financial capability and develop the skills and knowledge needed to manage household finances effectively.

How we can help!
One to One Appointments
We can offer appointments, which can be Face to Face or telephone. These appointments will cover money budgeting, energy advice, benefit checks, grant applications and any other issues or concerns around household finances. Your Advisor will be with you throughout your time with the service to answer any queries and to ensure a personalised service is received


Referrals
Referrals to our service can be made by individuals or by frontline staff on behalf of a client. Once a referral form has been completed and emailed to us the client will be contacted and an appointment date and time will be agreed. We aim to respond to referrals within two working days.
You can also make a referral by telephone and leave a message on our answer service or email your query to us.
Community Group Workshops

Employee workshops
Struggling with your finances can impact mental health and cause anxiety.; which can have a negative impact on daily life. Missed payments, debt and an unwillingness to ask for help can lead to lower productivity as anxiety increases.
We are 'Here to Help'

We can come to you and offer workshops to staff which can include a pop up stall to help staff with individual queries. The workshop can be teaching staff members to give advice or direct advice to staff on ways to maximise their income and reduce outgoings. Sessions can fit in with the organisations daily schedule and can be tailored to suit the needs of the staff
Outreach projects
We work with organisations to provide a funded one to one service with a dedicated advisor. The advisor can attend your chosen venue/s on dates and times agreed with you. This can be weekly, monthly or a frequency to suit the needs of your clients.
We offer this service to local organsations including local businesses, charities and local council services
